Terms & Conditions

1. Registration and payment

• By registering for the course, you enter into a binding agreement. Registration is considered definitive unless canceled in writing.
• Payment must be completed within 14 calendar days of registration. If payment is not received within this period, access to the course may be revoked until payment is made.
• Failure to pay does not constitute cancellation. The cancellation process must be initiated separately in accordance with our Cancellation Policy.

2. Precedence of terms

• These Terms & Conditions take precedence over the Training conditions of PRé Sustainability. By enrolling, you agree to abide by these specific terms.

Cancellation policy

1. Right to cancel

• If you cancel your registration within 14 days from the date of purchase and before accessing the course materials, you are entitled to a full refund (100%).
• Cancellations made after 14 days from the purchase date are non-refundable and incur a 100% cancellation charge.

2. Restrictions on cancellation

• If you have not accessed the course (e.g., watched videos, downloaded materials), you may still cancel within the 14-day withdrawal period and receive a refund.
• However, once you have accessed any course content, your right to cancellation is forfeited, and no refund will be issued.
